Rates, Terms and Availability
Minimum rental is four nights except for holidays and all of February and March when it is seven nights. Arrival and/or departure must be on a Saturday in high season. The daily rates, including taxes but not tips, in $US are:

*There is a per person surcharge of $90 per night, all seasons, for occupants in excess of 20. The maximum group size is normally 20, including children. The max number of beds made up is 12.Low Season; 4/25/08 to 11/21/08, 4/24/09 to 11/20/09
Reservations for the "villa: 3,4&5" will not be accepted until 30 days before arrival. All special events will incur an event fee of $15 per person (total # of people at the event, maximum of 30 (50 under special circumstances) and must be supervised by the house staff.
All payments should be transferred by wire or paid by check to Nurbel Partners at Merrill Lynch in Dallas. Account #s and addresses will be provided when a reservation is requested. We can accept credit card payments through Paypal however please add 3% to the amount thereof then go to "www.paypal.com" and follow the instructions to send your payment to "nurbel@prodigy.net.mx"
A 50% deposit is required to reserve the property after a request for a one week "hold" on the property. It is refundable, less 15% of the total rental price, up to 120 days before arrival, thereafter all payments are only refunded, less the 15% fee, if full replacement rentals are found. No payments for Xmas or New Years are refunded. A request will hold the property for 7 days for low season requests but only 4 days for high season requests. A wire transfer should be used to make a deposit for a high season rental. Final full payment with a $500 US telephone/security deposit must be received at least 60 days before arrival. Rates do not include staff gratuities. Prices are subject to change without notice.
Nurbel Partners, Thomas LeBrun and Casa Angela accept no responsibility or liability for loss of property and/or death or injury to any occupant (renter) or occupant's guests. Occupant acknowledges and accepts these conditions by making the final rental payment before occupancy.
